Engineers, technicians, and others can now have information about the right braze alloy for their application at their fingertips. Each alloy selected by the user includes information regarding its available forms and mechanical properties. 

The app features a variety of instant sorting functions, including product name, elements within the alloy, or braze liquidus temperatures, letting users find exactly what they need, wherever they are. 

Additional features include the ability to find the right alloy based on the substrates to be joined, and a linear thermal expansion calculation feature showing how much a part will grow at a particular braze temperature, thereby identifying optimal component fit for the brazing engineer. The Wesgo Metals app is also available for the iPhone and iPad.
