NH-based machine company officials announce continued initiatives to enhance welding capabilities and processes in the company's facility.
Officials from Baron Machine Co., Laconia, NH, announce continuing efforts to bring constant improvement to welding services for customers in a wide variety of industries.
According to company president, Kim Baron, “Not many companies provide the precision welding capabilities we can.”
Considering the company's background in aerospace fabrication, as well as ongoing initiatives to expand welding capabilities, Baron is confident that his company is capable of providing the levels of precision and quality required for a number of applications in industries ranging from aerospace and defense to the medical, automotive, and commercial industries.
With newly upgraded MIG welding and TIG welding equipment as well as existing spray arc welding, silver soldering, stainless steel welding, and aluminum welding systems, Baron explains that the company is in a better position than ever to provide the vital welding services that industries rely on.
Regarding the wide variety of welding systems used at Baron Machine Company, Baron explains that to continually offer customers a competitive source for welding services in New England and across the country it has remained important to not only stay equipped with numerous welding capabilities, but to continually upgrade and enhance them as well.
“We use several tools when it comes to welding services. Some of them we have just acquired, and others we have taken advantage of for years,” according to Baron.
Depending on the project at hand, Baron explains that technicians at the company get the opportunity to use it all, but upgrades serve a valuable purpose in expanding the company's capabilities.
“From aircraft parts to welding and fabrication for the food and beverage industry, we have really done it all; and it all calls for a different solution,” Baron notes.
Whether Baron Machine is using the Hobart Cyberwave 300 TIG welder or a variety of Miller welding systems, Baron is positive that his welders have the right welding systems for the many jobs that pass through the company's Laconia facility.
Operating the welding equipment at Baron Machine is a team of certified welders by ASME Boiler Pressure Vessel standards, section 9 standards, as well as ANSI/AWS D1.2 and D14.1-97 standards for Structural Aluminum and Structural Lifting Steel.
“This has allowed us to consistently deliver the quality and precision which customers from markets like the aerospace industry need,” Baron explains.
In addition to welding services, Baron Machine rounds out the company's ability to provide metal fabrications with several high capacity machining centers, horizontal boring machines, lathes, mills, and other machines essential to high-precision fabrication and machining.
